The Defense &
sporting Arms Show is now on its 15th successful year as the
country's premier gun show and is being organized by the
Association of Firearms and Ammunition Dealers of the
Philippines, Inc. (AFAD). The exhibition is supported by the
Philippine National Police, PROGUN, and various sporting
organizations such as the Philippine National Shooting
Association and the Philippine Practical Shooting Association.
Over the years, the organizer's unwavering commitment to give
the public and its loyal patrons a quality show has made the
DSAS the perfect venue to promote security, self-defense,
responsible gun ownership and shooting as a sport. Moreover,
it has been a successful venue for local and foreign
manufacturers, dealers, and suppliers in exchanging technology
and promoting trade investments.
The visitor attendance of DSAS has
grown to as much as 35,000 people on a five-day run and our
company, TradeShow International, Inc. has been the event
managers since its debut in 1993. Due to its popularity, AFAD,
Inc. began staging the event twice a year (July and November)
in 2000.
This year Defense and Sporting Arms Show Part 1 & 2 are slated
on July 12-16 and November 22 - 26 at Megatrade Halls 1 & 2 of
SM Megamall. the show's theme is centered on reeducating the
public on gun safety and intelligent gun ownership. |
