I have
read, understand and agree to abide by the rules and
regulations governing the competition as set forth
by Trade Show International, Inc. I further
understand and agree that the violation of any these
rules and regulations will cause for
disqualification form this competition.
I hereby
release Trade Show International, Inc., the
sponsors, officers, agents, and employees of each
from all liability of the following: (1) for any
loss or injury including a loss of income
sponsorship or any other form of financial support
stemming from or related to any protest
disqualification, or any administrative action which
shall include, but not limited to, position changes
in standing as a result of the mathematical errors
or omissions of scores, that may incur during the
event within reasonable time of receipt of list of
winner by Tradeshow International, Inc.; (2) for
injury or damages to a vehicle or any part thereof
occurring anytime connected with the competition;
(3) for personal injury occurring during, or in any
way arising from or related to, any participation in
this competition.
I
hereby consent to Tradeshow's use of my name, the
entry owner's name, the entry, together with any
biographical or other information concerning me in
connection with the competition, for the purpose of
advertising, promotion or any other purposes, at any
time or place that Tradeshow may deem desirable and
waive in any on all claims based thereon.
I
understand that my application will be confirmed
only upon receipt of the contract signed by both
parties (Competitor and TSI) and upon remittance of
the required down payment to Tradeshow
International, Inc. |
